Before the redesign, their digital presence relied on a dated early-2000s website that lacked mobile responsiveness, visual clarity, and functional usability — making it nearly invisible to potential clients and job seekers.

I started with a design audit of their existing platform and interviewed the client to understand their workflows and common user scenarios (both customers and applicants). My goals were:

  • To rebuild digital trust.

  • Make the brand feel reliable, clean, and modern without overdesigning.

  • Introduce subtle improvements to the logo while maintaining brand continuity.

  • Choose a bold, confident blue as the primary color to highlight key actions and guide attention.

I also simplified their navigation and created an intuitive flow for both B2B clients and job seekers.
