Problem
Problem
The guide offers many different types of tours, which made it difficult for users to quickly understand the options and choose the right experience.
At the same time, the client wanted the site to feel personal, warm, and non-touristy, avoiding the look of a typical tourist site.

UX approach
UX approach
I structured the site around progressive trust-building:
The homepage focuses on introducing the guide first, creating a personal connection
Tours are grouped into clear categories to simplify comparison and decision-making
Reviews are placed on a separate page to support trust without overwhelming the main flow
Instead of a standard booking form, I designed direct contact CTAs via Instagram and WhatsApp, aligned with the audience’s привычки and expectation of personal communication.

Visual & emotional design
Visual & emotional design
The visual language was intentionally crafted to feel boutique and handcrafted:
Illustrated portrait styling to strengthen the personal brand
Soft animations, custom icons, and playful French details
Handwritten micro-copy phrases to create a conversational tone
Atmospheric Paris videos placed at the end of pages to emotionally reinforce the decision moment
The goal was to sell not just tours, but the feeling of meeting Paris through a real person.
